Karla McDougall-Forster is the Manager of Corporate Services for ECCO Recycling & Energy Corporation, who operates a landfill, Materials Recycling Facility (MRF) and wood mulching business. Karla is primarily responsible for communicating with Alberta Environment and Parks (AEP) and obtaining Development and Building Permits for ECCO’s current and expanding operations. She has successfully completed six (6) Development Permits in the past four (4) years. Karla has been involved with ECCO Recycling & Energy Corporation, either directly or indirectly, for the past twenty (20) years. Karla holds a Bachelor of General Studies with a minor in Sociology and a Bachelor of Education from the Masters of Teaching program with a specialization in Early Childhood Education (ECE), both from the University of Calgary.
